My client based in South West London has an upcoming need for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer join their busy service desk team.
In this contract you will be providing customer focussed technical support service providing solutions to desktop, hardware, software and LAN issues and problems.
-Your role will predominantly be an escalation point for 2nd line technical queries.
-Supporting the 1st/2nd line teams to resolve issues that come into the service desk.
-Ensuring that tickets/incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined SLA's.
This contract is scheduled to run for 9 months.
